Arimex buys and sells agricultural crop production and byproducts from industrial processing of crops.

In recent years, it has been shifting its core business from pure buying and selling of commodities to investing in agricultural production with comprehensive supplying of selected growers and business partners with seeds, chemicals and fertilizers for crops.

The company primarily trades outside Slovakia, focusing on the European market. Its main export commodities are oilseeds, cereals, pulses, legumes, maize, feed meals and other industry byproducts.

Soybean meal dominates among its imports and Airmex holding a significant position here in Slovakia’s agricultural market.

In trading outside Slovakia and the Czech Republic, the company works closely with reputable foreign-based companies and through international commodity exchanges. Its agricultural commodities are well-established on foreign markets.

Airmex has been a member of the Bratislava Commodity Exchange since 1996 and been active since 2001 in the Compound Feed Producers and Trading Companies Union.

The company’s prominence in agricultural commodity markets in Slovakia and across Europe places strict requirements upon it to emphasize quality and health in the commodities it trades.

Both Arimex Bratislava spol. s r. o. and Arimex Trade s. r. o. have enjoyed lasting and stable positions in their agricultural markets ever since they were established in Slovakia in 1992 and in the Czech Republic in 1993, respectively.
