Company Arimex Bratislava spol. s r.o. with registered office at Vajnorská 100/A, 831 04 Bratislava, IČO 31 325 076, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Bratislava I., section Sro, vl. no. 2862/B (hereinafter referred to as "Arimex Bratislava spol. s r.o." or the "operator") processes the personal data of the persons concerned in accordance with the REGULATION OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND COUNCIL (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons during processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, which repeals Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and in accordance with Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended.
We collect your personal data in accordance with the aforementioned legal regulations, always on at least one of the following legal bases resulting from the relevant regulations, i.e.:
- a) you have expressed your consent to the processing of your personal data for at least one specific purpose,
- b) the processing of your personal data is necessary for the performance of the contract , to which you are a contracting party, or to take measures before concluding a contract based on your request,
- c) the processing of your personal data is necessary according to a special regulation or an international agreement, which is Slovak Republic bound,
- d) the processing of your personal data is necessary to protect life, health or your property or to protect the life, health or property of another natural person,
- e) processing your ch personal data is necessary to fulfill a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of public authority entrusted to the operator, or
- f) the processing of your personal data is necessary for the purpose of the legitimate interests of the operator or a third party parties, except when these interests are overridden by your interests or rights requiring the protection of personal data.
When processing your personal data by Arimex Bratislava spol. Ltd. you are the affected person.
