When fulfilling obligations from the transport contracts concluded between the carriers and the company ARMEX Bratislava spol. s r.o. (hereinafter referred to as “Arimex Bratislava spol. S r.o.” or “Operator”) is processed by the Operator in accordance with the European Parliament and of the Council Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of physical protection Persons in the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, which cancels Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and in accordance with Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on amendments to certain acts, as amended.

Accounting management (legal basis of processing: Act No. 595/2003 Coll. On Income Tax as amended, Act No. 431/2002 Coll. /2004 Coll. On Value Added Tax, as amended),
Registration of transports carried out (legal basis of processing: Decree of the Minister of Foreign Affairs No. 11/1975 Coll. On the Convention on the Transport Agreement in International Road Freight Transport (CMR), as amended, Act No. 513/1991 Coll. . The Commercial Code, as amended, Act No. 40/1964 Coll. Civil Code, as amended).
Records of drivers data (legal basis of processing: processing of personal data is necessary for the purpose of eligible interests of the Operator, which is the protection of the property of the operator - transported goods, prevention before committing criminal offenses, maintaining safety and detection of crime).
The recipients of personal data are: financial administration of the Slovak Republic in the purpose of processing pursuant to point 1. Higher, for the purpose of processing pursuant to point 2. Higher providers of legal services, audit services and insurance for the operator and for the purpose of processing according to point 3. Higher authorities active in criminal proceedings in case of committing a criminal offense.
Transfer of personal data to a third country is not.
The preservation time of personal data is 10 years from the moment of invoice issuance at the purpose of the processing purpose according to point 1, 5 years from the moment of delivery of the consignment for the purpose of processing according to point 2. higher and 1 year in the purpose of processing according to point 3. above.
When processing personal data, automated decision -making or profiling is not used.
